Fantonegram is a project operated by GENÈRIC DISSENY, S.L. This information is provided under Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI).

2. What the website offers

Fantonegram provides an original digital color atlas, color search tools and downloadable artwork. Browsing and the available downloads are currently free. Voluntary contributions are currently unavailable. Premium and Gold memberships are being tested privately; public paid subscriptions are not yet available. No real subscription charges are enabled. Fantonegram does not receive payment card details. Prices, taxes and subscription terms will be displayed before any future purchase.

3. Color information

HEX and RGB values describe sRGB digital colors. Their appearance depends on the screen, calibration and viewing conditions. CMYK figures are approximate arithmetic conversions and are not certified print specifications. Obtain a color-managed proof for print production.

4. Content and download permissions

The design, artwork, text and software are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may consult and use individual color codes in your projects. Downloaded wallpapers are licensed for personal use; they may not be resold, redistributed as files or presented as your own artwork. Contact us for other uses. This does not restrict rights that applicable law grants independently.

5. Responsible use and external links

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content or use the contact form for bulk messages. External links, including Instagram, take you to services operated by others, whose own terms and privacy policies apply.

6. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the information accurate and the website available, but errors and interruptions may occur. Please report problems to our contact address. Nothing in this notice excludes responsibility or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Applicable law

Spanish law applies. Disputes will be handled by the courts determined by applicable law, including mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules where relevant.
